Thankyou for your help Kschang. I didn't but should have realised what was going on. So basically InterActual is like a kind of browser. Power DVD also reads web content but it's not configured to do the same kind of function that InterActual does. I tried opening the html content in IE but it returned a lot of script errors. The only sure fire way to fix this is to remove both Power DVD. When I first got the 'CSS Error' I clicked the button for details and it said there was a conflict with my digital TV card software so I yanked both the card and the programs off my system.

Now it says there is a conflict with Nero and Power DVD. But I won't pursue this further. It's just a very interesting curiosity to me because I rarely find anything that interesting in DVD Rom content. Plus the disk was only one movie out of 290 films that it doesn't bother me too much.
